Nolan Tyler is an Associate Attorney at the House Law Firm. He practices in the areas of Insurance Defense, Litigation, Commercial Litigation, and Insurance Coverage.
Nolan attended the Ave Maria School of Law where he earned a Juris Doctorate. As a student, he served on the Ave Maria Moot Court Board where he competed in multiple trial and arbitration competitions.
Nolan was published in the Fall 2016 edition of The Gavel for his article: The Conflict of Katz in a Modern Technology Era. Additionally, Nolan volunteered for various school and civic charity projects, including donating his time to assist Hurricane Irma disaster victims.
While at the Ave Maria School of Law, he interned with The Faga Law Group. There, he worked on the Mark Sievers murder case and oversaw a broad range of legal issues including, contract disputes, property damage claims, and criminal matters. Nolan also completed an internship with the Healthcare Network of Southwest Florida where he assisted with HIPAA compliance issues, employee conflicts, and federal audit preparations.
Nolan earned his Bachelors of Business Administration from Utah Valley University. Following this, he worked several years as an Account Manager for Micro Focus where he fostered partner, client and sales channel relationships. Nolan’s experience and knowledge in the business world directly translates to valuable analyst insights in his litigation practice.
Currently, he and his family live in the East Valley.
